About the Sidenotes

HTML isn't very “footnote friendly” so I have used somebody else's excellent idea (thanks, Frank) of having explanations display as an electronic form of marginalia. Explanations of unfamiliar terms and full reference citations will appear here when the reader clicks on the corresponding highlighted text in the main article.
